Vidya Academy has been set up under the aegis of Vidya Educational trust in the year 2014-15. An English Medium, Co-Educational, Day Boarding with the motto "Higher, Stronger, Brighter" is manifested through better infrastructure and carefully planned curriculum. Here a child gets the best of everything – amenities, care, education and equal opportunity for all. Vidya academy aims at developing a winning personality. Creative pedagogy and multiple intelligence teaching methodology are holistic approaches that balance academics and creativity as well as nurture the emotional and life skills of each child.

The Academy provides All-round, quality education, aimed at character building and sound development of a child's personality through qualified and committed educators.

Rules And Regulations

• All the candidates will have to maintain clean and peaceful environment in the hostel.
• Use of electrical appliances such as heaters, electrical iron etc is strictly prohibited and also leads to fine of RS 1000.
• Payment of all students must be paid full before the due date (I .e 1-5, days of starting first week of the month). Part payments are not accepted.
• In case of late payment after due date candidates will have to pay fine of RS 50 per day.
• Security money & monthly payment are not refundable in any case. It should be adjusted. No any condition will be applied for this.
  1. Security money of one student can’t be adjusted to another student’s payment. 
  2. After leaving the hostel without adjustment of security money ,student can’t come back and stay in the hostel to adjust the money .
• Damage to hostel property such as doors, windows, electrical fitting, toilet fitting, glass panes etc will lead to fine.
• Hostellers desiring to go out of station must obtain permission by submitting application to the warden.
• Visitors are not allowed to stay in the hostel and they are also not allowed to enter the hostel rooms without permission of warden.
• Meals and breakfast will not be served after the scheduled time.
• No any students are allowed to waste /use the hostel material/ equipments.
• Food will be served in the limited quantity as mentioned in daily menu.
• If there is complain, demand related hostel management then student have to inform the hostel warden through written application in brief or they can go to our website www.vidyahostel.com and write complain in complain box and send it.
• No any candidate shall occupy or interchange the room without permission and proper allotment for the room by hostel warden.
• In case student going out from hostel premises without information. Hostel management will not be responsible.
•  Keeping in mind the market inflation rate, the management may have to revise the hostel fee from time to time if necessary.
•  Visitor register, Outgoing register, or Daily Attendance must be maintained by the student’s.
• Management will not undertake any responsibility for theft’s, an loss and accident’s.
• Candidates must be back in the hostel premises before 7:30PM.
• 19 days holiday will be declared in the festivals (Holi, Diwali, and chhath.) No any discount will be given in the hostel fee during holidays in festivals.
• Making noise ,disturbing the hostel environment / misbehavior/doing any kind of crime .In the hostel warden have full right to take any legal action on the student’s.
• Student’s /parent’s are not allowed to call the hostel management at night until and unless is any medical emergency.
• Student’s/parent’s are only allowed to call the hostel management during hostel hour i.e.                      10 am -5pm.
• Student have to inform the hostel authority with a written application before a month of  leaving  the hostel otherwise the monthly fee will be continued.
